From the work you already have. Connectors read the sources you choose: Notion, Confluence, GitHub, Jira, Linear, any docs page, and your own files. Them distills them into cited draft memories, and you can disconnect a source at any time.

Everything Them learns becomes a reviewable memory: facts, templates, and skills, each with an owner, a citation to its source, and a status. Nothing becomes canon without a human approving it.

You get an answer with its sources, from approved memory. When the evidence is missing, the question routes to the right human, and their reply is kept forever, so nobody has to answer it twice.
