Show Riley a reply that jumped to the wrong conclusion. Explain the missing check, review the proposed rule, and give its next answer a better method to follow.

Your methods, made reusable
Make the better answer a method you can repeat.
Import an escalation checklist, teach a teammate to check the evidence, or give an external agent your approved proposal method. Review the instructions before reuse.
Supported skill-link import
Bring your team’s SKILL.md into the review queue.
01
The method file
Provide a supported link to your team’s escalation SKILL.md or paste its contents into the importer.
02
A human review
The reviewer checks the instructions, removes assumptions that do not fit the company, and approves the shared skill.
03
A method to select
An AI teammate can use the approved shared skill when preparing the next escalation.
Check each promised deliverable against the approved scope and name every assumption that still needs agreement.
Your team decides the next step
A compatible MCP client can retrieve approved shared skills when its feed allows skills. Teammate-owned training rules are excluded.
Inside Skills
Your team’s methods, made reusable.
Teach with examples
Explain the check behind the better answer.
A changed subscription plan does not prove a second charge. Show Riley the example and explain that billing must check the invoice and payment record before confirming the outcome.
An example and the correction that follows it.01 / 03
Review the rule
Check the lesson before it is used again.
The correction becomes a draft rule. Review its wording and scope before approval. The approved training rule stays with Riley for future tasks, not every teammate in the company.
A proposed skill awaiting human approval.02 / 03
Share the method
Give the rest of the team a useful starting point.
When an escalation checklist or proposal method should travel further, create a separate shared skill. Review it, then choose which teammates should use it.
Training stays with one teammate. Shared methods are reviewed separately.03 / 03
Memory records what is true, including facts and decisions. A skill explains how to approach a task, such as preparing a handoff or checking the evidence behind a proposal.
Can we import and export shared skills?
Yes. Import a supported skill link or pasted SKILL.md, and export shared skills in the same format. Imports start as drafts for human review. Teammate-owned training rules cannot be exported.
Does this fine-tune a model?
No. Skills are reusable instructions. Training corrections propose skills for review rather than changing a foundation model’s weights.
Bring one real workflow
Try it on work your team already does.
Choose one recurring question, bring the source material, and name the person who will review the answer. Start there, then decide what is worth repeating.
