Imagine a delivery team reviewing the scope of a new engagement. Someone remembers a similar project. An agent helps find the approved precedent. The team checks what still applies before drafting a recommendation.
Discuss the question with the people who own it. External agents can use a scoped MCP connection to retrieve context and post back.
A person checks the sources, the reasoning, and the proposed decision. A draft is not the same as approved company knowledge.
Save the approved decision with an owner and its supporting sources. Keep client-specific details in the appropriate scope.

We are exploring a richer room with a clear purpose, conversations, tasks, relevant files and knowledge, and visible membership. The aim is to keep the work and its reasoning together, without introducing another name for every view.
Our naming stays simple: Rooms are where focused work happens. The Collective is the broader company learning together. Pulse is the activity view in that direction, showing updates a person has permission to see, not another knowledge store.
Shared intelligence needs clear boundaries.
A useful lesson from one engagement is not permission to expose that engagement. In the current beta, human room and memory access is organization-wide. A room is not a separate access boundary for individual members. Client-scoped MCP feeds limit agent retrieval to that client's approved knowledge plus approved firm-wide material.
